Change & maintain

Every change goes through video.json or scenario.ts, never through the generated video/ folder. So these prompts are safe to run again and again.

Re-record after a UI change
The customers table got new columns. Re-record <videosDir>/customers-search with the existing scenario, re-render with the current video.json, and show me frames at each callout.
Check every video after a release
We just shipped <release / redesign>. Run `reelson verify --all`. For every demo that no longer runs or no longer fits (a missing marker, a zoom or trim pointing at a different click), fix scenario.ts or video.json, keep the new take with `reelson verify <slug> --update`, then `reelson render --all`. Summarise what changed per video.
Tweak a video without re-recording
In <videosDir>/customers-search, change callout 2 to "Search by name or email", make the zoom tighter (scale 2.0) and 1 s shorter, then re-render.
Compare another intro or outro
Render <videosDir>/customers-search with the minimal intro, no recap and the endcard outro, next to the current one so I can compare.
Let me edit it myself
Start `reelson studio <slug> --no-open` in the background and give me the URL. While it runs, re-read video.json before any change you make, because my edits in the studio are saved there.
Make the cursor fit a slow page
In <slug>, the dragged card trails the cursor. Measure the gap on the drag from the recording and set "cursor": { "lag": <seconds> } in video.json, then show me snapshots during the drag.
A GIF for the README
Render <videosDir>/customers-search also as a GIF for the README, and add it to the README under <section> with a link to the MP4.
Phone and square versions
Record the phone and square takes for <slug> (reelson record <slug> --mobile, then --square), keeping the marker labels, then render --all-formats. Add "formats": ["portrait", "square"] to its video.json so every future render makes them too.
Add a voice-over
Turn on the voice-over for <slug> with <openai / elevenlabs / piper>. Give terse callouts a full-sentence "say", add a short intro line, render, and tell me if any line runs past its step.
Publish a video

Uploads are public actions: the agent does a dry run and waits for your go-ahead.

Publish <slug> to the <youtube> channel. Run `reelson publish <slug> --to <youtube> --dry-run` first and show me the title and description; only upload after I say so.
Replace a published video after a re-record
<slug> was re-recorded. Run `reelson publish <slug> --to <youtube> --replace --dry-run`, show me the plan, and after I confirm, replace it. Then tell me the new video id so I can update our link.
Fix the words of a published video
Change the YouTube title of <slug> to "<New title>" and its description to mention <…>. Put the words in video.json "publish", then `reelson publish <slug> --to <youtube> --update` (same URL, video untouched).
